100 Sales Reached
Well cocka's, it happened. I reached the big 100!
No letter from our head of sovereign state however, but that's okay. I was absolutely over the moon. I never thought in a million years I would hit 100 sales. Not many first time authors do, sadly. It just goes to show that with perseverance and hard work, dreams really do come true. Thank you so much to everone who has supported me and purchased a book. This small town girl really is chuffed beyond words.

Barnsley Literary Festival 2026
The Barnsley Creative Writers group, hosted their second writing session as part of the Barnsley Book Festival 2026. It was amazing!
We had an fabulous turn out. There was a mixture of young and mature writers with an array of writing experience and also an interest in different genres. It was so good to see how Barnsley really is filled with raw talent and is holding its own as a place on the map for writing excellence.

Book Two in the Works!
No, it's not in The Works shop. That would be the dream! But yes, Possessed - Book Two: The Revelation's Prophecy is happening and I am currently writing it. My aim...published by November. The reality...anything close to November 2026, I will consider a success.
Life is manic, crazy, chaotic, I don't know my thumb from my butt the majority of the time, so when I actually get to sit down and write, it feels like JC has bestowed on me a miracle.
Did I mention I also have a novella in the works too and novella in flash...and a completely different fantasy series. Who said, 'You can spread yourself too thin?'
I've got this...obvs!
I also have 'Operation Room Revamp' happening, so more updates to follow on that as I currently cannot swing a cat in my office for the amount of 'stuff' I have in there. I need a good, comfy reading chair if anyone has some recommendations. (Pop them in the comments.)
2026, we are a quarter of the way through now, and its shaping up to be the busiest and most amazingly chaotic year yet. I have lots of things (other than the above) in the works, festivals and podcasts to name a few. So I hope you will continue to follow me on this amazing journey and spread the word to everyone to support Indie Authors.
